What are the prices for admission?

$6 for children 3 and above, $3 for children 2 and under Parents and adults are FREE

How long can we stay and play?

As long as you like, but if you leave you cannot return in the same day without paying admission again. If you have a membership you have unlimited admission for free during your membership!

What are Castaway Cafe hours of operation?

Mon, Tues, Wed from 9am-8pm Thurs, Fri, and Sat from 9am until 9pm and Sunday 11am until 6pm

Can I bring in my own food?

Castaway Cafe has a full restaurant, please check out our menu by clicking the menu link. We DO NOT allow outside food or beverage. You WILL be asked to throw any outside food or beverage away if we find that you have brought it in. We do allow you to bring in a birthday cake, if you are celebrating a birthday.

How much are memberships and what is included?

Our memberships run for three months and vary in price depending on the amount of children you have. If your family has 1 child, the membership price is $75, Families with 2 children can purchase a membership for $95, and familes with 3 or more children residing in the same household can purchase a membership for $115

What is there to do at Castaway Cafe?

We have Michigan's Largest Indoor Playstructure with GIANT slides, great climbing structures, foam jungles, giant ball rooms and more! Over 5 levels high, with a footprint of over 3000 square feet. We do not have video games. We do have free Wi-Fi available for parents if you would like to get some work done while the kids play. We also have great comfy leather chairs, a big screen projection tv, and lots of fun events monthly!

Can I have a birthday party at Castaway Cafe without renting a room?

Sure! Come in and celebrate in our dining room with your family and friends. Regular admission rates still apply, and we limit the amount of tables you can pull together is two tables per party. You may bring in your own cake, but that is the only outside food or beverage we allow. You can also bring in your own paper products, but we ask that you DO NOT bring in balloons! We do not reserve space for parties in the general dining area, these parties are first come first served.

Do you have group rates?

Yes, if you have 10 or more children in your group, call us and let us know you are coming and we will give you $2 off the REGULAR admission rates. Children two and under are still $3 per child because this is already a discounted rate. If you would like to add food for your group, we offer 1 slice of pizza, 1 small pop, and admission for $6.50 per person for your group. This is NOT availiable on Saturdays and Sundays!

How often do you clean your play structure?

At least once every four hours we have our employees in the playstructure to sanitize while the children play. If there is ever an incident that calls for evacuation of the playstructure, we will blow a whistle and ask for the parents to help get the children out of the structure so that we can thouroughly clean up the accident.

What types of food are on your menu?

In one word- GOOD! Check out our menu by clicking on the the menu link on the left. We have many, many choices for children and adults. If you want healthy, try our salads, soups and wraps. If you are looking for a treat, we have lots of those as well!

Do you have gift certificates?

Yes, they are the perfect gift! Ask about a gift certificate at one of the counters while inside Castaway Cafe, or if you would like to purchase one online, send us and email at tracey@castawayplay.com- and we will put one in the mail for you!

How can I get news about Castaway Cafe events?

Check out the events link on the left hand side of this page. We often have special events with great character appearances, games, prizes and of course, lots of fun! It is a good idea to sign up for our newsletter as well- we never give away your info, but we make sure you know about what is going on!

Is there anything I should know before I come to Castaway Cafe?

Well, no grumpy people allowed- that is rule number one! After that, you need to make sure you have a pair of socks to wear in the structure. Dress in layers, children often get very warm when exerting all that energy! We do not allow balloons or outside food and beverages. If you are not planning to have fun, then save this trip for another day when you are not so grumpy!

Do you allow re-entry once you are inside?

Not without a membership.

Do you have wireless internet?

Yes and its FREE!

Do you have to have reservations?

Nope, open play all day every day! We do however get very busy on the weekends and whenever kids are on break. Please make a note of this when planning your visit!

Whats the deal with the parking?

Unfortunately, we do not own the building and do not have access to any additional parking at this time. We know how frustraing the parking can be on a busy day and we encourage you to send us an email expressing your concerns that we can pass on to the township and building owner. Please DO NOT park in the Antique Outlet parking lot across the street, or along side the industrial drive next to the building. If we had any ability to open up more parking we would do it IMMEDIATELY!

Can I bring in balloons and decorations?

Sorry- no balloons, you may bring in your own plates, napkins, and table coverings if you would like.

Can adults play in the structure?

Yes! It is actually made for adults, so you will appreciate that we do not have lots of tubes and other things that make parents hurt for days after playing with the kids!

My school or organization is having a fundraiser, will Castaway Cafe donate?

We are glad to help your non-profit group raise money. We often give to many different events by donating silent auction items. We would also like to help you raise money by hosting your event or fundraiser- you will be overjoyed to find out the returns on your events- much better then kids selling chocolates and magazines, and much more fun!

What is included if I rent a private party room?

Can I leave my kids at Castaway Cafe and go shopping?

NO! Once inside the security gate at Castaway Cafe, you will not be able to leave without your children. Please make sure you bring in EVERYTHING you need when you enter, including cell phones, diaper bags, computers, books or anything else. We do on occasion offer special events that you can drop off your kids and leave them with us for a specific periods of time. These events are always scheduled in advance and require advance registration.

We do offer Teen Night events, and they will be listed on the events schedule page.
