PARTY POLICIES
We want everyone at Castaway Cafe to have an enjoyable time.
Please read our party policies to ensure everyones satisfaction.
- A $50 non-refundable deposit is required to book a party. This deposit will go toward the total cost of the party the day of the party. We do not save any time slots without the deposit.
- Each party package requires a minimum of ten children. If you have less than ten children you still have to pay for the full ten.
- We do not guarantee you will get a specific party room. If you request a certain room we will try to meet your needs but have to make sure we have room for our other guests as well.
- We do not guarantee party rooms until five minutes before the scheduled time slot. Everyone is welcome to come in early and stay later than their scheduled time, but the room is only available during the reserved time slot.
- We do not set place settings for adults and do not reserve seating for adults. All of our party rooms are large and can usually accomidate adults, but in the occasion that there isn't enough seating for them they are welcome to use the tables in the dining area or the leather furniture.
- Birthday cake is the only outside food or beverage allowed in Castaway Cafe.
- We ask all of our customers to carpool as much as possible. Our parking is limited and we want to make sure everyone has a chance to come play.
- Every party booked will have a party attendant. This person is in charge of setting up
your room before you arrive, getting all
of your drinks, food, ice cream and anything
else that you have ordered. They also clean
up the room when your party is complete.
The party attendant DOES NOT stay in your
room with you, and they do not serve the
food to your guests.
